Discussion
You can either complete the brief or schedule a call with our manager directly. We will discuss your needs and project details, and provide guidance based on your budget.

Document flow and prepayment
Once you confirm your decision to proceed with the project, we will prepare a detailed estimate and draft an agreement. We usually require a 50% prepayment to start a project.

Start
We will review style references with you and develop three high-level concepts for the effect. You provide feedback and select one of these directions. Once you choose, our concept artist will refine the selected option and create detailed guidelines for how the object will be positioned in space.

Creation of 3D objects
Our artists design and animate the objects for the AR scene according to the approved concept. We then send renderings of these objects for your approval.

AR integration
We integrate the 3D objects and animations into the AR platform, and develop and configure a Web-AR application.

Tests and launch
We test how the effect performs on various devices, generate a QR code for access, and present it to the customer.

Closing documents and postpayment
We prepare the final documentation and issue an invoice for the project's remaining balance. Additionally, we always conduct a closing call for customer development to gather feedback on the project.
