VFX VIDEO PRODUCTION STAGES

Discussion
You can either complete the brief or schedule a call with our manager. We will discuss your needs and project details, then provide guidance based on your budget.

Document flow and prepayment
Once you confirm your decision to go ahead with the project, we will prepare a detailed estimate and draft an agreement. We usually require a 50% prepayment to start a project.

Start
We will review style references with you and develop three high-level concepts for the video series. You provide feedback and select one of the three directions. Following your choice, our concept artist will create storyboards, detailing a second-by-second plan of the visuals for the project.

Visualization
Once you approve the concept and storyboard, we begin creating the 3D graphics. This stage involves designing the object's shape and textures. Subsequently, the graphics are integrated with footage of the physical location.

Filming
Filming begins concurrently with the development of 3D objects for the video. The VFX supervisor provides guidance to the videographer on-site at the chosen location. They capture and select content to present to you for review.

Introduction of 3D graphics
At this stage, the composer combines the 3D animation and individual frames that the customer suggests and shows a rough version of how the video might look.

Rendering and installation
Once you approve the draft video, we render all the animations and assemble them into a single video track. After receiving your final approval, the sound engineer begins creating the soundtrack for the video.

Sound
Our sound engineer either composes original melodies or selects tracks from stock libraries, depending on the project's needs. We provide three scoring options for the video series, and you choose the one that best complements the visuals.

Final editing
At this stage, we finalize the video sequence and synchronize it with the audio track. The completed video clip is then sent to you for review.

Closing documents and postpayment
We prepare the closing documents and issue an invoice for the final payment. Additionally, we conduct closing calls to gather feedback on the project.
