Hello! I have been working in the design field for over 7 years, with 4 years of experience in 3D. I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, including architectural and product visualization for public spaces and brands, animation for fashion brands, commercials for 3D screens, VFX for videos, and also working with neural networks.
"Participating in open calls is important and cool because it allows you to introduce your creativity to a new, unfamiliar audience and develop your personal brand, which is crucial for artists today.
I really enjoyed participating in the festival, where the artworks were showcased alongside powerful music on a large projector. I made sure to select vibrant visuals in a sci-fi style that would look striking in this format - "P0st-Hum4nity" and "En3rgy Ch4nell1ng," which are small visual depictions of a technological future."

"Hi! My name is Alexander Savinikh, and I am a digital creator. I have been involved in graphics for about 4 years. I started with vector graphics, then moved on to Photoshop, and was fascinated by creating text logos and designs. Later, I transitioned to 3D. Animation has always fascinated me, and it felt even cooler to create something of my own that moves. That's why my recent personal motion works focus on creating humanoid characters.
About my artwork and open call: "I am in search of forms, exploring different shapes. In this artwork, it is represented by an otherworldly being, a character from a different dimension or universe. Sometimes, I infuse meaning, emotions, and feelings into my works, and this piece is no exception. I tried to convey the emotions of deep experiences, the inability to act as desired, and the feeling of unrequited love. These moods resonate with me when I listen to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (Presto Agitato), and I drew inspiration from it during the animation process.
ЧAs for the open call for artists, I happened to come across the announcement about submitting applications to showcase artworks at a music festival, and I decided to apply because I thought it would be a perfect fit thematically. And, of course, I wanted to share my artwork with people! Although I couldn't personally attend the festival and see the works in person, I could feel the atmosphere through videos shared by guests and organizers, which included the artists' works as well.
I am always eager to participate in such events and witness how all the creators' works come together to create a unified canvas, which creates a certain atmosphere. I believe it's a great opportunity to showcase your art directly to live audiences and gain motivation for new projects."

The artwork delves into the problem of sincerity and openness, which, like many others, is present in me as well. I believe it is this fear that unconsciously drives people to create a 'mask' to hide their true selves in the shadows and protect themselves from vulnerability because sincerity and vulnerability often go hand in hand."

I wanted to showcase a very sensitive person who is internally similar to an angel, while literally dressed in a metallic mask that serves as symbolic protection against vulnerability, simultaneously concealing the true intentions of the wearer against their will. "The heroine in the mask remains in that state until light touches her eyelids, after which she can awaken. This light can come from another person who is capable of seeing beyond the mask and feeling a deeper connection. But to feel that, one must shed their armor and become sincere and vulnerable. The heroine in the mask lacks the courage to do so, thus she rejects the light, lowers her gaze, and returns to a closed state. This plunges her into a repetitive cycle, which I call the sincerity issue, something that has happened to me countless times.
Therefore, I thought the best way to internalize this lesson and try to break this cycle is to talk about this problem and draw your attention to it in this manner. It has been an incredible experience for me, and that's why this artwork saw the light of day.

The artist presented their artwork "Fractal Reflection" as part of the open call, inspired by Benoit Mandelbrot's work "The Fractal Geometry of Nature." "I compare the unique yet universally governed fractals with human life.
The artwork consists of three visual compositions. The first one is 'birth.' Then 'journey and movement,' and finally, we see the 'transformation of structure,' with a certain final point of the stillness and completion of the path.

For me, the open call is a great opportunity for artists at any level to make a name for themselves, to get acquainted and collaborate with new galleries and festivals. This led me to participate in an exhibition in Beijing, an art festival in Germany, and other events. I couldn't personally attend Repeat, but I saw videos of my artworks recorded by festival attendees. It seemed like a fantastic combination of electronic music and digital art, where one complemented the other."

Napasio
Napasio is a multidisciplinary artist, art director, and creator of the magical art universe with numerous vibrant characters and amazing stories - Napasio World, which aims to add color to everyday life. Participates in international exhibitions, collaborates with major brands, and releases NFT projects.
At the festival, Napasio presented one of their works called "Symphony of Day and Night," which fit perfectly into the festival's space and theme, while also standing out with the artist's unique style.

Александр занимается коммерческим 3D-артом уже более 5 лет. За это время ему удалось поработать над различными проектам, в основном связанными с мобильной и VR разработкой. Среди них есть и визуализация стадиона в Москве и создание цифровых аватаров для брендов.
Александр о развитии личного бренда: "С недавнего времени я стал заниматься развитием личного бренда и активнее стал браться за индивидуальные коммерческие проекты. Это связано с тем, что во-первых я хочу больше творческой свободы, а во вторых мне нравится создавать искусство для людей. Считаю, что арт должен быть интегрирован в жизнь и украшать ее. Поэтому мне нравится делать те вещи, которые будут видеть люди: баннеры, реклама, клипы, обложки для музыкантов. Все это мне интересно и у меня большие планы.
Ещё я люблю делиться с людьми своими знаниями и мнением касательно различных событий из индустрии. Поэтому с недавнего времени я веду свой telegram-канал. Мне нравится синергия со своей аудиторией.
Перед работой, я всегда внимательно читаю ТЗ, если оно есть. В данном случае у нас были определенные пожелания по направлению и сути арта. Но они были достаточно размытые в хорошем смысле, и это не мешало творческой реализации, что важно.
Идея арта пришла достаточно быстро. В основном в своих работах я добавляю вайб провинциальных и пост. советских районов что были близко тематики Опен-колла. Да и к тому же это является частью меня, и я проецирую это в своем творчестве. Мне кажется, что это может найти какой-то отклик у зрителя, так как большинству это так же близко, как мне. При создании я вдохновлялся различными фотографиями и собирал интересные цветовые решения. Очень многое я посмотрел у фильма Blade Runner, особенно решение с небольшими летающими машинками, которые можно увидеть, если рассматривать арт. Так же я люблю делать эффект кинопленки, тем самым создавая определенную атмосферу.
В общем и целом, я люблю работать с графикой и визуальным языком. Мне кажется, что работы должны вызывать эмоции и находить отклик у зрителя. Поэтому я и дальше продолжу развиваться в своем творчестве и совершенствовать свои навыки.
Касательно фестиваля Repeat. Я считаю, что участвовать в таких движухах художнику строго обязательно, потому что это позволяет реализовать свой творческий потенциал, заявить о себе и поделиться своим творчеством. Не понимаю людей, которые работают в стол."
